Hello Guys,
Please remember to always use proper collateral for your contract.
It's your protection against ganking/theft and if it's not accurate, you may loose money.
You do not pay the collateral yourself - it is covered by the accepting pilot.
In most cases using proper collateral for your cargo will eliminate the risk of a theft.
Please, under no circumstances leave the collateral field at zero.
In case your cargo exceeds 1B of value, pls split it into multiple contracts, or use Blue Frog.
Thank you for your understanding. |

Hello Everyone,
Just a quick reminder about our contracts handling rules:
1. Use proper collateral, that in most cases eliminates the risk of theft. Pilot covers your collateral, not you. Collateral = the value of goods you want us to transport. Why my contract was stolen? 2. We reject all zero-collaterals contracts. 3. We handle contarcts up to 1 billion collateral value. If your goods are worth more, split it for more orders or use Blue Frog!
Thanks for all your future contracts!

Lord Battlestar wrote:I have normally had very good experiences with Red Frog, but unfortunately I have to report a bad experience. I had a contract with a collateral for 1 mil isk, cause the cargo was exactly 1 mil isk in value. Not because I forgot to put in correct collateral or that I was ignoring the rules set which I have followed countless times before.. Rather than get a simple evemail double checking that the collateral was correct (which I have gotten from Black Frog) it was simply cancelled, with a (my assumption of course) pre-formed evemail essentially telling me that I didn't put the correct collateral.
Well what am I supposed to do, put a 50 mil isk+ collateral on an item that cost 1 mil isk? The doesn't even bother to cover that problem.
If I make the collateral 1.5 mil is it just going to be cancelled again due to it being deemed forgotten or set too low?
Sure it is a small cargo to be contracting out but I have a busy rl as well, so I didn't feel like moving it myself.
I am sure others have the same question, and I would rather know than waste my time and your time setting up contracts that are just going to be summarily cancelled anyhow.
Hello there Lord,
We are just trying to ensure that the client's cargo is properly colletarized, in order to prevent any possible thefts.
In such cases - when your order has been rejected due to this fact - it is best to send evemail to the person you have received the notification from, informing that such collateral is indeed intended. Then the order is processed normally.
Thanks for your contracts!

Dear Clients,
As of 1st March 2014, Red Frog Freight will be adjusting the pricing model, to bring it more up to par with the ever evolving economy of EVE Universe.
This information is also available here in more eye-friendly format.
In our entire history we have only increased prices twice and this one will be our third increase. Since the launch of Rubicon expansion, we have been closely monitoring the situation, to avoid any harsh and quick decisions. As you are probably aware - Rubicon has introduced some warp mechanic changes - that in most cases made the freighter trips even longer and effectively requiring more time to dedicate from our pilots.
Apart from that, since our last price alteration, we have also observed drastic price changes on most commodities in EVE, including, but not limited to PLEX prices, general influence of inflation and the fact that ganking activity has also risen considerably. Our aim is to make our system profitable both for our clients - happy with short delivery times and top-notch service levels, as well as for our pilots - providing them good payment for the risks involved and some level of protection.
Taking all this into account we will be altering the current pricing model with the following system:
1.3 million ISK pickup price + 700 k ISK per jump - Our Calculator and FAQ pages will be updated when the system goes live.
This change is in line with our both previous price updates - by 40%.
We strongly believe that the new system will work best for both our clients and pilots ensuring that risks, benefits and costs are equally weighted on both parties.
This new model will enter into force on 1st March 2014 0:00 Evetime, all contracts posted before this date will remain valid with an old pricing. |

Oldest contract in the queue is just few hours old, so we move them at extra fast pace :) Oh, we managed to had over 1100 contracts raised within a day, just a week ago :) If you need more info, visit our page or join our in-game channel "RF Freight" I just love the new service Red Frogs leadership has added in. Free scam attempts from leadership on your contracts. Great new changes over the past months. Even contacted multiple people in leadership about the attempted and failed 80+ million isk scam and yet over a month later nothing from anyone. I assumed at first you guys were just dumb and thought that BPC cost the same amount as BPO's but even when that was explained no one bothered to say you guys made a mistake. Not good management. I think it is time for me to move over to PUSHX. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4292373#post4292373 seems a bit more legit and I know the management responds to mails. GL Red, blue and black was a nice few years working with ya.
Hello,
Indeed I am sorry to see you go. It is always sad to see that the client is not satisfied with the service offered.
However, when you post on the forums, it is also good to justify your dissatisfaction with the service and provide some proofs to sustain your statements presented here.
The whole reaction was caused by one of our Managers sending you a notification about the low reward you have used for your contract. The notification has been polite and professional, indicating what needs to be done to enable us to process your contract properly. All of our replies are standardized and checked.
Sadly, it seems that even though you made the mistake yourself and have been approach with courtesy and politeness by our manager, it did not prevent you from feeling offended.
I have also checked in detail - both our logs and financial statements - to see which might be the case of the "scams" or "frauds" you accuse our management of. I was unable to locate anything suspicious. All the official complains that are sent to us, are all processed within 24 hours from filing and replied to the originator.
Taking all this into account, I have to say that to me it seems like your ego simply could not handle a low-reward on your contract notification. Even though it has been delivered in polite and professional way.
In Red Frog Freight, we always try our best to adapt to our clients wishes and demands. Sadly in this case I see that help from another specialized field might be needed.
I hope you will be able to locate the service that will meet up your demands!

Dear Clients,
As Burn Jita event is being prolonged by one additional day, we would like to kindly remind all of you that during the entire duration of the event, we operate under the changed ruleset:
What are the exact changes to the service during Burn Jita ?
- You need to set your Contracts to 7 days to accept; 3 days to deliver
- Rush Jobs servicing will be halted for the duration of the event
- We are likely to experience very large queues (700+ contracts last year)
We will update the current status of the service at our public channel RF Freight. You can also obtain more detailed information on all of our services there.
Thank you for your continued trust and understanding as we proceed through Burn Jita 3. |

We had a lot of fun this weekend within those who stayed to haul, or just to help by giving out some information to the others!
But now we must face one of the biggest queue of our history, and this will take time to recover from it, so be patient, as of this morning, there was more then 880 contracts in the Red Frog queue!
We will work on them like we always do, trying to clear the oldest one first, but it might take the whole week to get back to normal queues. |

Dear Clients,
As of 28 May 2014, Red Frog Freight will be adjusting its service to accommodate the upcoming Freighter changes announced here and arriving with the Kronos update - on June 3rd.
Maximum allowed package size will be set to 715 000 m3. The collateral requirement as well as prices remain unchanged.
For more information on the change, please head to our in-game channel RF Freight or to the following info page.
We will accept the old style (860k m3) orders until 27 May. Until then all our calculators will remain unchanged.
Starting from 28 May, (evetime) we will only accept orders following the new requirements, while the old contracts in progress will have time to be completed. All the new orders, posted after that date and oversized, will be rejected. No contracts in progress will be failed.

I didn't put anything in this thread. I didn't say anything to in the public channel. I simply created a contract for ~65k m^3 worth of goods, added in the calculated reward, and it was seamlessly delivered in less than a day.
I will most definitely be using this service again for bulk item transport!

There is absolutely no need to post it here or in any channel :) As long as you create a valid contract our Pilots will do the rest!
